Shipping and Delivery
During transit, some of your items may break - this is just the nature of shipping and cannot be controlled by us. We are not responsible for broken products.
Please be advised orders typically ship within 3-5 business days not including weekends, holidays or non-business days. Orders are shipped in the order they are received. ALL candy is made when ordered, we don't believe in having candy sitting on a shelf.
Once you get the email that the order has shipped please allow 2-5 business days if you use standard (ground) shipping for most states, although if you live in a rural area additional shipping days might be needed. This email should include a tracking number, where your package can be located in transit.
When you package is “delivered” but you haven't received your package, contact mail carrier to file a claim. Please make sure you submit the correct address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen.
Once your package leaves our premises, we are not responsible for them as UPS, USPS or DHL (mail carrier) is a shipping service that you pay for us to send for you. Once we send, the liability is between you and mail carrier; however, we want you to receive your order and we will do our best to help you find your package and resolve any issues in the best manner we can.
International Customs Fees
All Customers outside of the U.S. are subject to customs/ duty fees from the post office upon delivery. This is completely out of our control and those fees are paid to customs directly. PLEASE NOTE: NON- US CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTY OR CUSTOMS FEES, WHICH MAY BE COLLECTED UPON THE DELIVERY OF YOUR PACKAGE.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
PLEASE double check that your address and if it applies apt/unit number are correct. We are not responsible if a package is sent to the wrong address, since customer is responsible for proving us that information.
Furthermore, if package is returned to us due to incorrect address, we will credit 50% of your original payment back excluding shipping costs.
Once package is posted by USPS or UPS as delivered we are not responsible if package is lost or stolen.
Returns
NO REFUNDS. All sales are final.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as candy enchilado or any consumables cannot be returned.
Replacement will be issued only if damaged upon delivery.
Must inform us within 24 hours with photos as proof.
